My passion and enthusiasm for creating positive school culture is based on shared leadership – including students as young as 5 years of age. I am taking charge to develop positive schools, organizations, and communities by sharing the importance of embracing a leadership mindset.  The choice is always yours!

I believe we are all unique and possess the ability and/or power to "show up" as we choose.  We can choose to continue to grow and increase our influence as long as we are on our journey. The choice is ours to completely embrace our unique self. My goal is to help the world become their best self through coaching, consulting, and mentoring.

Laura Ramirez, is a licensed psychotherapist practicing in Houston, Texas.  She is a certified clinical  Hypnotherapist and is certified in DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy).  She addresses issues including depression, anxiety, trauma, eating disorders, and difficult life transitions.

​She is the owner of Vivid Life Therapy, PLLC and is the Chief Mental Wellness Officer for Culture Creation. Culture Cre8ion focuses on the wellness of individuals so that they can show up and be their best self in their families, workplaces and communities.  Culture Cre8ion achieves this through training, coaching, mentoring, book studies, and keynotes.

With his 27-year journey in education, Steve Clarke embodies the spirit of transformative leadership. His path has unfolded through 13 dedicated years as a classroom teacher, followed by 2 impactful years as an Assistant Principal, and ultimately, 12 years as a visionary Principal. Steve's passion is rooted in making a positive difference in the lives of those he serves. Whether in the classroom, as a speaker, or leading a school, Steve's mission is to ignite a transformative spark that fuels lasting positive change.

Amore Porter is a coach, speaker, and managing partner. She has devoted her career to innovative learning and working to create systems to meet the needs of all children. She has worked with K-12 leadership, staff, and students for over 20 years. Her passion is helping principals and schools with resources to support the whole child.   She holds two master’s degrees from St. Xavier and Lewis University and lives in the suburbs of Orlando, Florida. 

Nikki Rung is a Grammy® nominated, interactive children’s entertainer and teaching artist who loves sharing her love of music with young children and their loved ones. She has partnered with Niki Spears and Positive Kids Today to bring virtual and in-person learning experiences with young children.  Nikki lives in Round Lake, IL with her husband and beautiful daughter.
