Our Executive Coaching Program is a fully customizable program that may include personal and/or team assessments, individual coaching, and team coaching. The program consists of three phases.  During the first phase, Assessment, and Planning, the program goals and components are established and documented in a Statement of Work.  The second phase, Execution, consists of coaching for the client and, optionally, his/her team.  Outside training may also be recommended during this period.  The final phase, Results Evaluation, includes post-coaching assessments and ROI evaluation.

Our objective is to partner with leaders in discovering/maximizing their purpose and leveraging their inherent gifts to achieve positive, measurable, long-term change in leadership behavior through an executive coaching experience.

Before we can get our stakeholders engaged, it starts with the Leader.  That’s where we come in.  In order for our leaders to be their best for others they must be able to:

  • Gain an outside perspective so they can reprioritize and think “big picture”

  • Address the challenges they face in their personal and professional lives

  • Find better life balance

  • Improve their leadership abilities and engagement levels

  • Increase performance and make a greater impact at work

  • Build a more fulfilling, well-rounded life

By doing so, they can begin impacting the organization they serve.

Our leadership coaching process is focused on creating long-term, measurable change in leadership effectiveness – one leader at a time.  We follow a 7 step process:

  • Meet the Leader where they are

  • Identify areas for skills and leadership development

  • Identify areas outside of work that may be limiting engagement (ideas, beliefs, assumptions, and attitudes)

  • Get feedback from all stakeholders

  • Formulate a custom action plan

  • Follow up with stakeholders

  • Measure leadership effectiveness
